David Archuleta has been hitting the gym hard in 2023 and is now officially buff. Over the past week the ‘American Idol’ alum has taken to Instagram to share his gym selfies and workouts routines. Hundreds of thousands of admirers are now confessing their love for the 32 year-old pop singer.

Archuleta’s very first workout video was posted in 2019 and now, 4 years later, he’s gone full “beast mode,” or at least that’s what he calls it.
