The Kooks are here! No season of Outer Banks would be complete without some mischief from Rafe Cameron and Topper. That’s right, Austin North and Drew Starkey are in the house!

We spoke with the actors all about their characters, avoiding spoilers, and epic reunions. “I think the audience will love the moment that Topper and Sarah have at the bonfire,” North said. “‘Just kind of clearing the air, clean slate. Let’s move on from what’s happened.” Outer Banks season three is now available on Netflix.
