Bebe Rexha is outsourcing romance.
The Grammy-nominated singer put her love life in the hands of fans this week, posting a blunt call to action on X that quickly took on a life of its own. Rather than vague flirting or cryptic subtweets, Rexha spelled out exactly what she wants, and what she doesn’t.
“Rexhars. You have a mission,” Rexha, 36, wrote on Wednesday, Dec. 17. “Find me a baby daddy.”
The Requirements Are Non-Negotiable
Rexha didn’t leave much room for interpretation. In the same thread, the “I’m Good (Blue)” hitmaker outlined her standards, starting with looks, though she made it clear appearances aren’t the dealbreaker.
“Here is what I’m looking for,” she wrote, explaining that she’s “ok with a 6 or 7” on a scale of 1 to 10. “Personality is key for me.”
Height also came with a minimum threshold. Rexha said she doesn’t “need someone tall,” but does want a partner “taller than me,” clarifying that “5’8″ and up” works.
When it comes to finances, the singer was especially direct. Her ideal partner “must be successful and not a moocher,” she added. “Must be richer than me or equal. I don’t pay for men or do 50/50.”
She capped off the checklist by stressing character over clout. The right match, Rexha said, should have “a good personality,” “good morals,” and be “smart and driven.”
“Send me options,” she concluded.
Fans Immediately Clocked the Assignment
The replies quickly turned chaotic in the best way. Some followers volunteered themselves. Others tried matchmaking. One fan offered a more unconventional option, asking if they should “pair you up with my dad.”
Rexha didn’t hesitate.
“Yes,” she replied.
The exchange fueled further reactions, with fans applauding her transparency and sense of humor. For many, the post felt less like a dating plea and more like Rexha leaning into internet absurdity, while still being honest about what she wants.
Not Her First Time Putting Love on the Timeline
Rexha has been open about dating before, often using social media as a sounding board. Just last month, she shared photos of herself in a gown with the caption, “currently accepting applications for cuffing season.”
The singer was previously linked to architectural engineer Simos Liakos last year and dated filmmaker Keyan Safyari until July 2023. Since then, she’s remained candid about navigating relationships while balancing fame and independence.
Career Momentum Continues
While fans debate potential candidates, Rexha’s professional life is also gaining traction. Billboard recently reported that she signed with a new management company, a move that often signals fresh projects ahead.
Whether new music arrives soon or not, Rexha has once again proven she knows how to command attention, this time by turning her dating life into a crowd-sourced event.
If nothing else, she’s made one thing clear: applications are open, standards are set, and the internet is officially involved.
