As Pride Month begins, Jennifer Lopez is sharing a message of love, support, and acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community.

The singer, actress, and producer appeared in a new video shared by Netflix’s Most, where she offered fans a playful excuse to celebrate Pride.

“You officially have permission to skip work. Tell your boss Jennifer Lopez said it was okay…” Lopez joked at the start of the clip. I mean, if you insist…

After the laugh, Lopez shifted to a more heartfelt message for LGBTQIA+ viewers.

“I hope all of your months are full of love, laughter, joy, and chosen family,” she said.

Lopez also made sure to speak directly to those who may not be ready to come out yet.

“And if you’re not out yet, that’s okay. We’re here and we’re waiting for you whenever you’re ready. No rush, no pressure. Just love.”

The message struck a chord with fans online, many of whom praised the star for acknowledging that everyone’s journey is different. Rather than focusing on a single way to celebrate Pride, Lopez emphasized acceptance, patience, and community.

The video was shared through Netflix’s Most campaign ahead of the June 5 premiere of Office Romance, Lopez’s upcoming romantic comedy with the streamer.

In the film, Lopez stars as Jackie, the ambitious President and CEO of Air Cruz, who enforces a strict no-dating policy among employees. Her carefully structured professional world is thrown into chaos when a charming new lawyer (Brett Goldstein) joins the company, putting her own rules to the ultimate test.

Known for beloved rom-coms like The Wedding Planner, Maid in Manhattan, and Marry Me, Lopez returns to the genre with Office Romance, which arrives on Netflix June 5.
