OUTLOUD Music Festival just landed one of Pride season’s biggest pop moments
If you were hoping for a full-scale The Pussycat Dolls comeback tour in 2026, there’s a twist: the group is only playing one North American date all year, and it’s happening at WeHo Pride 2026.
OUTLOUD Music Festival announced this week that the Pussycat Dolls will headline the festival on Saturday, June 6, at West Hollywood Park as part of Pride weekend in West Hollywood. Following news that the group had scaled back its international touring plans, the booking instantly became one of the most sought-after live pop events on next year’s Pride calendar.
“OUTLOUD Music Festival at WeHo Pride in Los Angeles will be our only U.S. performance this year, and we couldn’t imagine a more meaningful place to celebrate with our fans,” the group said in a joint statement. “The LGBTQ+ community has shown us unwavering love and support throughout our career, and we are honored to be part of a weekend rooted in joy, pride, music, and chosen family.”
For a group whose music has long soundtracked gay clubs, Pride playlists, and late-night karaoke sessions, the setting feels especially fitting.
A lineup built for the group chat
The Pussycat Dolls are leading a lineup stacked with artists that feel engineered for a sweaty Pride weekend in the middle of Los Angeles.
The 2026 OUTLOUD roster also includes JADE, Ava Max, Jess Glynne, Ashlee Simpson, Confidence Man, FLO, Melanie C performing a live DJ set, and Blue Man Group, with more artists expected to be announced in the coming months.
OUTLOUD founder and executive producer Jeff Consoletti said the booking continues the festival’s history of pairing major pop talent with LGBTQ+ visibility in a way that feels intentional rather than performative.
“Seeing The Pussycat Dolls demonstrate a genuine commitment to LGBTQ+ visibility and Pride in their confirmation of their headline show at OUTLOUD at WEHO PRIDE is something we’re truly proud of,” Consoletti said. “For us, this continues a legacy of creating standout cultural moments alongside artists like Grace Jones, Kylie Minogue and Lizzo that celebrate inclusivity and connection in a way that feels both authentic and impactful.”
Over the last few years, OUTLOUD has become one of the country’s most visible queer music festivals, bringing together legacy acts, newer artists, and performers with devoted LGBTQ+ fanbases. Previous lineups have featured names including Kylie Minogue, Lizzo, Janelle Monáe, Kesha, Kim Petras, and Carly Rae Jepsen.
WeHo Pride’s full weekend plans are already taking shape
Beyond the festival itself, WeHo Pride 2026 will once again spread across several weeks of programming and community events.
The celebration officially kicks off May 22 with the José Sarria Drag Pageant on Harvey Milk Day. The WeHo Pride Arts Festival follows May 23–24, while the main Pride weekend runs June 5–7.
That weekend will include OUTLOUD Music Festival, the WeHo Pride Street Fair, the Dyke March, the Women’s Freedom Festival, and the annual WeHo Pride Parade through the city’s Rainbow District.
For decades, West Hollywood has remained one of the country’s most visible LGBTQ+ hubs, with Pride drawing hundreds of thousands of attendees each year. During the celebration, Santa Monica Boulevard transforms into a nonstop stretch of live music, packed patios, drag performances, and traffic that nobody complains about because everyone’s too busy having a good time.
Tickets for OUTLOUD Music Festival are currently on sale, including general admission, VIP, and Super VIP weekend passes.
