Demi Lovato is ready to dance her way back into arenas. The Grammy-nominated artist has announced her It’s Not That Deep North American tour, launching next spring alongside her ninth studio album of the same name.

The 23-date tour marks Lovato’s first major headlining run in three years, kicking off April 8 at Charlotte’s Spectrum Center before wrapping May 25 at the Toyota Center in Houston.

A New Era of Lovato

Lovato’s latest record leans heavily into dance-pop, a shift from the rock-driven sound of her 2022 album Holy Fvck. Fans got a preview of this fresh direction during an intimate set at the Hollywood Palladium, where she blended new material with longtime favorites like “Cool for the Summer” and “Heart Attack.”

The singer described this new chapter as “more confident, less complicated,” reflecting the title’s carefree attitude. The It’s Not That Deep era appears to embrace fun over fuss, a return to the pop sensibilities that first made her a star.

Touring with Adéla

Joining Lovato on the road is rising artist Adéla, who will open each show. The newcomer, known for her soulful vocals and experimental production, has already earned buzz as one to watch.

“Adéla brings so much energy and authenticity to her music,” Lovato said in a recent statement. “I can’t wait for fans to experience her live.”
