With Masters of the Universe coming to theaters, fans are gearing up for their first full look at Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man, with much of the online conversation centered on the actor’s dramatic physical transformation. After all, stepping into one of pop culture’s most iconic action heroes required a lot more than simply picking up a sword.
That transformation, however, had an unexpected side effect for another beloved role: Prince Henry.

While promoting Masters of the Universe this month, Galitzine revealed that even after shedding much of the muscle he built for He-Man, some of it stuck around while filming Red, White & Royal Wedding, the highly anticipated sequel to Amazon MGM’s queer rom-com hit Red, White & Royal Blue.
“I’ve obviously not returned to the same form as I did prior to He-Man,” Galitzine told CinemaBlend. “I managed to lose a lot of the size, but some of the frame still kind of remains.”
The actor then joked about what that means for Prince Henry’s appearance in the sequel.
“So yes, I guess Henry will have hit the gym a little bit in the hiatus between seeing him last.”
And hey, who are we to complain? The reserved British prince wasn’t exactly known for spending his downtime bench pressing at Kensington Palace. But who knows what the two heartthrobs have been up to since we last saw them.
Red, White & Royal Wedding reunites Galitzine with Taylor Zakhar Perez, who returns as Alex Claremont-Diaz. The original 2023 film became a breakout hit for Prime Video and quickly earned a passionate fanbase thanks to its adaptation of Casey McQuiston‘s bestselling novel.
Production on the sequel wrapped earlier this year, with Galitzine and Zakhar Perez previously confirming filming was underway in a playful behind-the-scenes video shared by Prime Video. It was also revealed that the “wedding” in the title unfortunately does not actually belong to Alex and Henry. Instead, the ceremony centers on Princess Beatrice, Henry’s younger sister, once again played by Ellie Bamber.
Plot details remain largely under wraps, but fans can expect another chapter in Alex and Henry’s love story when the film eventually arrives.
And when it does, Prince Henry may be bringing a little bit of He-Man energy with him. We will be looking, respectfully.
