Black Bear Pictures has released the first trailer for Spa Weekend, an upcoming comedy starring Leslie Mann, Isla Fisher, Michelle Buteau and Anna Faris. Hitting theaters exclusively on Aug. 21, the film reunites audiences with the kind of outrageous comedy that made Bad Moms a breakout hit, while putting friendship at the center of the story.
Written and directed by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, the duo behind Bad Moms and writers of The Hangover, Spa Weekend follows four lifelong friends who decide they’ve spent far too long prioritizing everyone else over themselves. What begins as a restorative getaway quickly spirals into one unforgettable misadventure after another.

The newly released trailer wastes little time showing that this is no ordinary wellness retreat.
The friends arrive expecting massages, champagne and a peaceful weekend away from the demands of daily life.
