Airbnb announced that Gordon Bay Cottage, the historic retreat that served as the backdrop for Megan Park’s hit coming-of-age drama, will open booking requests for three limited fall weekends starting September 15 at 9:00 a.m. ET.
The show’s portrayal of chaotic teen romance, grief, and summer awakenings hit a nerve with viewers, and the travel data proves it. Outside interest in Ontario’s Muskoka region has exploded, with international searches for stays through November 2026 up nearly 110 percent year over year. Domestic Canadian searches jumped over 30 percent.
A Century Of History On Gordon Bay
Built in 1902 as a summer hotel, the property keeps its original heritage charm intact, from century-old windows to the expansive 800-square-foot screened porch. Guests will get exclusive access to the house and private dock, complete with kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards to explore the water.
In the series, the getaway serves as an emotional epicenter for Annie (Ella Rubin) as she uncovers her family history and navigates the local island crew, including the fiercely guarded Ramona (Amélie Hoeferle) and the charismatic Oona (Bo Bragason). While a stay here will not magically drop you into a messy love triangle or guarantee a midnight dock side conversation with your crush, the property delivers the exact setting where all that drama unfolded.

Unlike previous listings that featured price points tied to jersey numbers, this round offers a flat rate of $180 CAD per night. Airbnb is offering three distinct three-night weekend slots for fans looking to secure a reservation:

- October 9 to October 12
- October 16 to October 19
For visitors who miss out on the specific stay dates, the cottage sits near Port Carling, offering easy access to local coffee shops, waterfront dining, and regional spots across cottage country.
The surge in pop culture tourism is also bringing meaningful revenue to the local community.
