Sawyer Hemsley, the co-founder of Crumbl Cookies, is opening up about his journey with mental health, fitness, and finding balance, all while celebrating life with his new boyfriend.
In a motivational post shared to Instagram, Hemsley offered fans a glimpse into the daily habits that keep him grounded and energized. Known for co-founding one of the fastest-growing cookie brands in the U.S., the entrepreneur is now turning attention to another passion: wellness.
Alongside a pair of shirtless selfies, Hemsley posted a handwritten note that read, “Nobody is too busy… it’s just a matter of priorities.” He accompanied the message with screenshots of his workout notes, a healthy meal of burger patties with guacamole, broccoli, and cheese, and Katy Perry’s “This Is How We Do” playing on Spotify.

“No one is ever too busy… it’s all about how you manage your time and what you choose to prioritize,” he wrote in the caption. “The truth is, there’s always enough time to chase what matters most. You just have to start. Take one step, then another, and keep showing up. Because when you stay consistent and keep putting in the work, the results always find their way to you.”
He ended the post with a reminder: “You can still eat your favorite desserts/foods and live a healthy lifestyle! ;)”
The post comes just months after Hemsley came out publicly as gay in August. In a heartfelt post, the Crumbl executive revealed that it had taken him years to come to terms with his sexuality, adding that he was finally ready to “respond to the rumors.”
Since then, Hemsley has embraced this new chapter in his life, both personally and publicly. He recently went Instagram official with his boyfriend, Antonio Bruno, a Beverly Hills–based real estate agent.

In a sweet video post shared last month, Hemsley showcased candid clips of Bruno during their summer together. “The best part of my summer,” he wrote in the caption.
Over the weekend, the couple gave followers a look into their cozy fall date in Utah’s Alpine Loop. The two enjoyed a scenic picnic complete with sourdough sandwiches, chili, and Topo Chico, all while taking in the changing autumn leaves.
“Yesterday was the perfect fall date with my boy,” Hemsley shared on Instagram. “We took the Bronco up Utah’s beautiful Alpine Loop to catch the changing leaves, packed a picnic, and listened to a little Posty along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better day.”
“There’s just something about fall in Utah that brings new energy, fresh air, and all the cozy vibes,” he added.
The relationship appears to be blossoming. Over the summer, Bruno soft-launched Hemsley in a carousel of images, hinting at the couple’s romance before making things official. The two have since spent time meeting family, celebrating birthdays, and enjoying weekend getaways.
