Holland made a splash, literally, while filming an episode of Icebreakers for Men’s Health UK. The segment took place at the Bero Padel Classic, an event hosted by Holland’s nonalcoholic beer brand, and featured a freezing cold tub, a shirtless host, and a very wet white T-shirt.
A “Smash or Pass” Fitness Game Turns Steamy
During the episode, Holland played a fitness-themed round of “Smash or Pass.” The rules were simple: answer a question, dunk deeper into the ice bath. He confessed a love-hate relationship with burpees (he hates them but grits through them) and teased a sauna visit soon. But it wasn’t his exercise preferences that grabbed attention.
By the end of the game, both Holland and the shirtless host were soaking wet, dripping water and, in Holland’s case, wearing a now-translucent white T-shirt that clung to his toned torso. His abs, already infamous thanks to a recent Men’s Health U.S. cover shoot, were on full display.
“Oh my word, I am absolutely frozen to the bone,” he said with a grin, his breath visible in the air and shirt stuck to his skin. The cold may have numbed him, but fans were feeling everything.

Holland’s recent transformation hasn’t gone unnoticed. Once a lean, boyish heartthrob, the 29-year-old has fully embraced a more muscular build. His gym gains have sparked a reclassification among online fans: from twink to twunk, and proudly so.
The actor’s Men’s Health feature earlier this year set the tone, revealing a bulked-up physique that immediately reignited gay thirst discourse across social media. Now, with this icy encore, the fervor is back: wetter and louder than ever.
